How many of you grew up watching friends? This week was the premiere of "Friends: The Reunion" on HBO Max. In honor of one of my favorite shows I wanted to share a clip of Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe) addressing a graduation ceremony, sharing why she was thankful for getting fired from Frazier. Lisa talks about how she was so embarrassed to get fired from Frazier, the one everyone knew was going to be a hit and it was.  One of my favorite lines in her speech is when she talks about all the disappointments in her career where actually guide posts that kept her on her path. Just like Lisa you might look back at today's disappointments with the the same hindsight and think thank goodness that didn't work out.
