This week’s Thursday night game was decidedly less exciting than the past two weeks, but it did feature something that both of those games lacked. That’s right a rookie QB making his first NFL start. Washington Football Team QB Taylor Heinicke was making his first regular season start last week, but don’t forget that he started the Football Team’s playoff game against Tampa Bay last year. Last night, it was Davis Mills taking over for Tyrod Taylor as Houston’s QB and you have to think that with Deshaun Watson’s “issues” and desire to never play for the Texans again that we might have seen the change to a new QB of the future for Houston.
