The Kares are 2-0 on the season and are making their first road trip of the season to take on the 2-1 Boron Bobcats in the high desert. Rio will travel over 200 miles roundtrip on Friday in what will be their first of three straight games as the visitor. Boron Head Coach Rob Kostopoulos joins our show to talk about the special bond between the two football programs that might be a great distance apart but have so much in common within their cultures. Coach Rob breaks down some of the playoff matchups from the past and expresses why he is constantly modeling his program to follow the identity of Rio Hondo. The Boron Bobcats and Rio Hondo Prep Kares have tremendous respect for one another and will add another chapter to their cordial rivalry this Friday night at 7:00pm.
