Steph reflects on how long we have been podcasting in 2022 and if it feels like a long time or a short time for Melody and I. Tracy talked about her efforts in the past week to not doing things because of guilt, Melody focused on giving herself a high five in the mirror & Steph talked about the Body Battery associated with her Garmin watch and using it to realize how much sleep she actually needs. The watch is rather accurate and even depleted after Steph ate a heavy meal. Melody also uses the Body Battery to help her re-evaluate what is most important to focus on. Steph walked us through the Brooke Castillo podcast episode she listened to that outlined how to plan. Melody shared her frustration about how people do all the things.
