This week we explore the feeding the 5,000 as told by the Gospel of John. It is a miraculous event that reads like a straightforward narrative, which makes it really easy for us to miss the important details hidden within the verses. Important details that tell us about serving God with all we have, even if it is just a little. However, it is crucial that we make sure we are worshipping the correct Christ of Scripture and not one of our own making.

• Deuteronomy 18:15
