Usually these episodes are about relaxing and letting go a bit for the weekend but today I want to talk about setting up an athletic goal that you aren't sure you can accomplish. Whenever I've done these ten mile runs or that marathon I set aside a day to do so or work up to it so that I can have the space to focus and then rest without stressing about the normal challenges of the week.
