Darren Smith checks in on how John Gennaro's ribs went over the weekend before the guys explore their own excitement over tonight's playoff game between San Diego FC and Minnesota United FC at Snapdragon Stadium, and spend a minute discussing the potential scheduling conflicts ahead.

They also play audio of Darren interviewing SDFC player Corey Baird, who grew up in San Diego County and has some comparisons between SDFC's playoff emotions and those he used to feel as a San Diego Chargers fan.

After that, Darren and John spend a little while talking about San Diego State's dominant football win over San Jose State on Saturday and discuss Friday's matchup against New Mexico, who aren't nearly as bad as you might expect. Also, the SDSU basketball team is taking on Michigan tonight and Oregon tomorrow, two games that could seriously change how this year's Aztecs team is thought of.
