Most of us were brought up to believe that a glass of milk with breakfast helped make our bones strong and supplied our bodies with ample amounts of vitamin D and calcium. Unfortunately, these “facts” were far from the truth. Dairy is one of the leading causes of inflammation, which is the leading cause of all disease. Consuming an excess of dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream, causes the body’s internal system to become clogged and run down over time. Of course, one glass of milk is not going to ruin your health, however, dairy consumption is one of the most important things to be mindful of when looking out for your overall health and wellbeing. 

 

Britt discusses the simple facts of dairy consumption and the issues that can stem from it to keep you properly informed on what you are eating.
