Do you ever hear people telling you to feel grateful for all that you have, but you can't seem to muster up that same feeling they are experiencing?

Welcome to my world. 

I always thought there was something wrong with me or that I was ungrateful. But then, I had two distinct experiences in which I realized that I knew exactly what gratitude was. That feeling was and will always be specific to me - and so will yours. 

Today I talk about finding your own version of gratitude and storing it away for safe-keeping, so that you can use it in those moments, when you need a little pick-me-up.
