This week, I walked into my first improv class hosted by Liz Heichelbech of Creative Incites — and ran headfirst into everything we've been unpacking all month about visibility.
I showed up ready. Joy, excitement, and vulnerability in hand. And when the spotlight hit, the quick, witty, funny human I know I am completely disappeared. She was in the parking lot.
The moment the attention shifted off me, she came flooding back like she'd never left.
