Over the few last episodes, Lera and Anna have shifted our podcast from being more useful than fun to being… mostly… fun… Lera feels like the “friends in your kitchen” kind of podcast is what the world needs right now because people are lonely, lonely, lonely.

Fun people casually talking about something interesting is very similar to networking, or a party after your favourite conference - when you join a circle of people you like and enjoy their conversation.

Lera tells me that not everything has to have an action point, sometimes a nice casual talk brings inspiration, empowers, helps to form an own opinion, a thinking framework about a particularly hard problem.

Like his episode with Nina about finding friends - it doesn’t have action points, a business model or a pros/cons section - but it helps you understand and feel what you want, or even rather what you can want so you can research more or perhaps join us on Wednesday live and feel like you’re back to the friend’s kitchen.

It is just so powerful, flexible and rewarding to use that after your business has passed the high entry barrier, there’s a revelation of how it all just makes sense now.
