Ableton live and Mini Freak. Just a little but of that ultra violence.

Could not get the mix to sit right and I have zero time to re program all the synths to make them work in the mix. I just brute forced it. two more weeks of 1 hour songs and then Ill have room to breath! This one went a bit more ambitious but slammed my head against the time restriction.

A quick collabo with the great Celio Morya!! He kindly sent an amazing starting point with already all the elements in place for one of his style track which I love so much :)

I had to use ableton because of time and the number of tracks involved but I'd love to give it another chance on the m8 too if I will ever get a chance <3

I started by adding the orchestral sounds in the first bridge and then slowly built my way into the main drop, honestly his work was already standing by itself and even just kick and bass hit so much it was very nice to just being inspired by his work, thank you so much for taking the time to do this and hopefully we'll be collaborating more in the future <3

Produced in ableton, master is just limiter and slight eq on the high freqs.

Well this week starts the process of packing up the studio as I need to locate a new place to setup shop. I fired up some hardware as it will soon be packed back up in boxes. Pro-3 did a good amount of the synth work with a UVI on sub-bass. The drums were the TR1000 recorded through my Tascam mixer and of course guitar. Going to have to go with a minimalist setup as I get everything packed up and moved within the next few weeks (destination unknown as of today). Definitely feels a bit rough around the edges (I think I spent more time getting patches I liked then making music, but not sure when I will have this stuff set-up again in a usable fashion and my mind has definitely been per-occupied with other life stuff.
