Had a good week. Created a nice sounding bass patch, used it for a simple bassline, added some drums and then got stuck for a while as nothing I did seemed to fit in. Eventually decided to add FX/ear candy early and that got me back on track. Didn't add much though, just a few squeaky chords and a shaker. Finally a tiny bit of panning here and there, done.

Another one from the Oxi One, A4, S-1 session. Not sure how much more I should/want to do with this - part of me wants to do some big production thing with intricate drums and edits, but also I kinda like how the first half sounds as-is. Second half could be where drums come in since it thins out melodically.. hmm

About a month ago, I tried to come up with a hard banger and I failed miserably, abandoning an almost fully laid out beat because I couldn't stand listen to it.

I still hate it. Instead, I came up with this. I have very little time and patience for making a beat this week, so this is a short track that has very few elements but I'm happy with the end result.
