  • Week 18 - LeCroqueMonsieur - Little Bear Dance
Continuing my iPhone creations, with my best producer.
Today, everything is basically dedicated to my daughter, in the simplest submission I’ve done over the past few weeks:
    - 3 chords
    - A simple rhythm
    - A simple harmonica (a 200kč/8€ one)
    - Some drums with GarageBand
How did I start? I picked up the 3 chords to entertain my daughter, she laughed. I picked up the harmonica, lodged it between my teeth and drooled all over it, played the chords and she liked it. So I just iterated with her and here we are! My daughter loves it and dances every time I play it. That’s enough for me and I love it!

  • Week 18 - digtacos - Depth
For lack of imagination, this one is called depth. I've decided for 2026 I'm going to use the same two synths for all my music those being the M8x and Iridium. Goal being to really get to know them so this was is using just those two synths. The song style transitions about halfway through which is something I'm trying to figure out how to do better to add some variety. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

  • Week 18 - rjlmrq - wb18: tigua56
All the samples on this one, except for the drumkit, are from a family member's live musical performance. The title is a reference to the one moment of kindness in the otherwise brutal Blood Meridian. Quiet acts of kindness sometimes merit noisy celebration.

  • Week 18 - waziam - Pass the Time
One thing i dislike about throwing songs together all in a week like this is the lack of opportunity to shelve a song and reset the ears before doing a final mix. I'm sure this will be one I listen back to and find simple things that irritate me, but on the whole it sounds alright.
Been keen for a bit to do more dnb again. Doing this i got a little back into the swing of breaks and have a few ideas i've been nursing, so will probably do more dnb in the coming weeks.
I got a B-Verb rack unit recently which i finally hooked up in the rack. The reverbs on it actually sound great to me, so i put it all over this one.

  • Week 18 - Super_Pig - Break Down The Industry
Robot / Factory music or something. I don't have too much to say for this, I think the breakdown sounds really good. The Drums are all Loops from Damage and the voice recording is me
