In this episode, I will be discussing the murder of Nicole Van Den Hurk. Nicole was on her way to work one day on her bike, and was found months later having been stabbed to death in the woods. After a few leads, her case went cold for many years, until her step brother confessed to her murder on Facebook and turned himself into the police so that her remains could once again be tested for DNA.
However, even with DNA samples taken from Nicole's body, and someone was sentenced for the crime, it is hard to agree that Nicole Van Den Hurk has seen justice for her killing.
