This week's episode is a bit of a mind dump. I talk about credit card debt in your 20s and how, as a 25-year-old living in Boston, I've learned to not wake up every day worrying about money. Tim & I talk about our thoughts on the recent articles claiming oat milk to be toxic because of the inflammatory oils and sugar. We talk diet culture, sharing vs. pushing opinions, doing what's best for YOU, etc. We also briefly talk about a shared hobby we recently took up that's been great for our relationship.

This week, Tim and I talk about the importance of continuing to honor your independent side while in a relationship, especially when one partner is more controlling/stubborn/alpha and one is more go-with-the-flow/passive

This week I talk about the shit show show and fever dream that 2022 has been so far. I talk about feeling tired all the time, cancelling every workout I sign up for, repressed emotions, switching my anxiety meds, getting a psychiatrist referral to talk about OCD, social media comparison traps, and more.

This week Tim & I talk about quitting our jobs, something both of us have gone through in the past month. I made the decision to end my small business, which was a majority of my income, to pursue Instagram full-time, and Tim made the decision to leave his current job to accept a new one. We talk about what led to us making our decisions, the importance of money vs. the importance of happiness, dealing with judgment from other people, imposter syndrome, the interview process, and more.

This week Tim is on a work trip in Florida, so I did my first ever solo episode. I talk all about my journey to become a Registered Dietitian, what my college experience was like, why I'm not currently using my credentials, how a toxic relationship and going off anxiety meds affected my decision making, my experience with disordered eating, becoming dependent on a social media app, and much more.
