Since age 9 I’ve been passionate about Health in all its manifestations: mental, emotional, physical, financial, spiritual.

As a fitness enthusiast in under 4 months, I’ve managed to lose 23 pounds, take 6 inches off my waist from 36 to 30, drop body fat from 22.6% to 9%. I never imagined at 42 I’d have abs, because I was convinced it was genetics 🧬 , bone 🦴 structure and age. But I “hacked it”! I just wish I had this body 20 years ago!

In business and work, I hold 5 registered ® service marks™️ for a proven process I created that helps business leaders define, design and deploy strategic plans for growth, guaranteed.

In terms of emotional and mental health I’m a certified advanced thought field therapist, though I don’t practice professionally, but many of the skills I use in coaching others.

Spiritual health covers it all for me and I’m an avid reader of personal development. I’ve had dozens of experiences, and whether they’re “imagination” or “out of body”, either way, they’ve helped me feel there’s more to life than material.

All that said... my good friend Mark Joyner recently interviewed Dr. Joe Vitale, the legendary marketing and Law Of Attraction guru, where he revealed his imperfections. I mention it to encourage everyone to watch that touching and empowering interview; and to reveal that life hasn’t been terribly easy, and I’ve overcome abuse, discrimination, an eating 🍽 disorder and no matter the controversies which I’m always happy to discuss, autism. I mention this as a fair warning ⚠️, and that I’m not always most productive, especially not recently.

My latest projects are designing a course for Dr. Terri Levine’s new book 📖 (About To Break); launching a programme for the weight loss method I employed; and a development deal for my podcast and show.

I guess my real passion would be that show, entertainment and information. It’s what I’ve alway wanted to do, and despite 10 years in Hollywood with some good credits, never managed to make that one happen.
