Welcome to the first episode of *Be a Better Boss*! In this introduction, I share the story behind my mission: to transform the world by transforming the workplace. Drawing on my experience as a sports psychologist, my Harvard education, and my successes (and failures) in business leadership, I explore the key problem I’ve identified—disengaged and unhappy employees—and how I plan to solve it. Together, we’ll apply lessons from the locker room to the boardroom
