Welcome to Body Language

For those who are ready to trust the wisdom of the physical body:

Your body is wise.

It holds you together. Breathes you. Protects you. It is your vehicle for movement. It allows you to experience life. As a deeply brilliant system your body adapts to patterns, surroundings, and stimuli. And, it knows you!

True body wisdom has been buried by trauma, conditioning, and fear. This wisdom can be accessed with acknowledgement, compassion, and love.

When you develop practices that nourish your relationship with yourself, you can filter, and distill, and select supportive outside sources that will truly have an impact on your experience. You can call upon your clear senses to make decisions for you, keeping the good stuff and tossing the rest.

We are being called to do our individual work, but we don’t have to do it alone. It can be done in community. I hope you find that support here in this space.
