Welcome to the very first episode of the Design Your Vibrant Life Podcast! This podcast is for the busy corporate woman who is longing to bring more balance and energy into her life. If you feel like your day to day is just like running on the proverbial hamster wheel then this podcast is for you. I will invite you to get off that hamster wheel and introduce you to the Wheel of Welbeing. My Wheel of Wellbeing or the W.O.W Formula as I call it, is my way of helping you access where you need to focus to have a more Vibrant Life. In this episode I share how and why I started this podcasted.  I also explain how I became a coach, motivational speaker,  corporate trainer and career stratagist. I understand what it's like to feel drained and know you are made for something more. In the episodes that follow you will hear other women just like yourself who took action and went from just surviving day to day, to designing and living incredibly vibrant lives. The definition of vibrant life is different for everyone so join me on this journey, you might find yourself designing your own vibrant life!
