However, each attempt to go back in time to find the present creates a new version of himself, leading to a chaotic scenario with multiple Edwards trying to locate the gift while avoiding paradoxes.

The story uses humor and absurdity to explore the potential consequences of time travel and the complexities of altering one’s own past.
