To me Fatherhood means:

Sharing my life, lessons learned on a daily basis with my children so they can experience me as a healthy person.

I do not hide my emotions from my kids I want them to see my highs and lows, me laughing and crying. I show my kids how to have fun and show love but also fight for what they believe and stand for.
