Welcome to Fit Mom Living, I’m Shannon Jay Dougherty, Certified Macro Coach, mother of two, businesswoman, and sometimes just a tough-love friend…who understands where you’ve been and where you want to go. From a young age I struggled with my weight, relationship with food, and body image. Additionally, it was a challenge to juggle work, family, life, and household duties. Like many other moms, I prioritized myself last — until I found a way to take care of ME first.  This podcast will do the same for you, we will create balance among the chaos, simplify strategies that are sustainable, and share the tools to establish lasting results for your physical and emotional well-being.
