We just have to weather the storm to see that it ended. We have to stop thinking that something will come to an end but enjoy the moments and believe the bad will end as well. With everything going on in my life I recorded this episode about two months ago. But with my recent promotion I decided to re-record it. In 2019 I checked in to my new command and sat down with my supervisor, now friend and mentor to review my record. He gave me an honest assessment and told me if I want to promote I would have to give it all I had just to have a chance. So I went back to my friends house where I was staying contemplating retiring then. But Shelly and My wife said keep pushing Frankie you can do it. So I trusted him, did everything he told me to do and the process worked. Hence why I titled this episode trust the process.
