Last week my wife and I were talking about clearing her inbox in her email. It made me think about us clearing our mind. I decided to record this episode and compare the email to our minds. How we need to clear our minds and delete things to be able to receive new messages. How we keep thoughts that we should delete from our minds. I hope you guys enjoy this episode.

Welcome to another episode of the Frank's Unsolicited Advice the NFL Edition. This week we cover our Super Bowl picks and their paths to win. We also discussed whether or not a player should demand a trade after signing an extension. We discuss the comment made by Hall of Fame QB Brett Favre about Deshaun Watson. This edition of burn my biscuits is going out to all the people who want to come for my neck because I am Patriots fan who is rooting for Brady in the Super Bowl. Out of curiosity where does it say I cannot root for Tom Brady just because he is no longer a Patriot?? What about Eagles fans who were rooting for Andy Reid when won his first super bowl. First I want to say thank you for those who listen to me and support this podcast. I cannot say my podcast because I have two other people who help me with it when recording the NFL episodes. This week I discussed confronting your issues. I gave the example of how both my parents tested positive for Covid and I acted as if everything was good. Until my cousin sent a text saying they did not look too good. It immediately caused my emotions to come out. My advice is confront your feelings because keeping them suppressed is not the right thing to do.

This week we discussed the two conference championship games from last Sunday. We dove into what we saw in each game and our take aways. We were also joined by my brother Tyson Porter to give his opinion on some questions. Next week we will be going live and allowing people to call in.

This episode discusses the fear of the unknown. How we do no take chances or are scared to move forward because of the unknown. The not knowing of what is going to happen next. I discussed this because I might retire this September and once i put in my papers I was not scared anymore. I hope you enjoy it.

This week i am joined by the team Bree and Jun, to discuss last weeks Divisional round games. We had four games to watch and discuss very exciting weekend. We discussed if this was Drew Brees last game, if the chiefs will beat the Bills, Rivers announcing retirement. Of course we did our picks for the NFC and AFC Conference Championship games.

I was having an issue with creating a topic and i was going to talk about the loss of my cousin. But i ended up talking about companionship because this week I realized how much i missed my wife while she work 10 12 hour shifts. We are not meant to be alone. Companionship is not just a husband or wife but friendships as well.

Today we discussed the wild card games of last week. We also discussed the firing of the head coach of the eagles, Brady playing the Saints for a third time, the Steelers getting beat by the Browns and we also did our predictions for the divisional round.
