I thought it would be crucial to just start the first episode off lightly as I detail the process it took to get GMAM off the ground.

It's so easy for us to cancel ourselves out even before we start and that is not fair to us. You have the right to move at your own healthy pace without all these opinions and pressures hurled at you unsolicited.
