Life is quite an interesting journey and as you begin to experience more then you begin to learn more so in this episode, my friend Charity and I explore how we have grown and how we continue to grow in this different facets of our lives.
Our 20s are coming to an end FAST so we are taking a moment to reflect and provide insights on the things that we have learnt over time. We believe that this will be beneficial to everyone but particularly, late teens to early 20s.
It never hurts to learn something new here and there.

As we grown and elevate, we learn so much about people, life, friendships and basic relations with people.
The beauty of communing with people is that you get to learn different perspectives, have different opinions and also build on what you have together.
In addition to that, the beauty of growth is that you are able to form your own opinions from a very sober mistakes and avoid repeating the avoidable mistakes.
You might even become an inspiration to someone else so make sure you commune and share with others.

Hello Friends,
Thank you for tuning back into the podcast.
This episode was recorded a while back but I allowed anxiety to do a number on me with uploading. I listened back and realised how much of a message it is and needed to share it with the world. A topic that so many of us are going through and seems to manifest itself in different ways throughout the days and years.
I touch on several things here including self-assessment, reflection, perception and ideology; to name a few. We live in a world right now that is so all over the place that we could easily find ourselves stuck and trying to gasp for air yet feeling like with all the noice, nobody is going to hear us.
Are we drowning out loud?
I believe that you will come out with something from this episode because as much as I am sharing, it was definitely FOR ME TOO.
I bounced back to social media since this episode was recorded but I definitely have a different approach as to how i manoeuvre now that is less consuming and encompassing for me.
Let me know your thoughts, ideas and opinions.

Welcome to Give Me a Minute.
This is the official Trailer
Hello my Dear listeners of Give Me a Minute.
I know it has been a minute but 2021 was a roller coaster and a half. A lot of things happened in 2021, many of which are blessings and new paths for me to explore in 2022. I highlight some of them in this episode plus a few words of encouragement as we really enter into 2022.
There is definitely no excuse for going away this long but I promise that i will visit more often in this new season.
This is a short episode to welcome us back to the pod and share a few lessons learned from 2020, 2021 to right this moment.
Hear my heart.
Thank you so much for subscribing and listening, its highly appreciated.
See you in the next one.
On this episode, Nyadak dives into being authentic to your spirit and accepting transitions.
It's easy to get lost in the fluff, particularly living in a fast-pace environment. Being authentic to your spirit means being assertive and vocal about your unwillingness to let your spirit/being be trapped into conforming to rules and regulations by others. Living the best version of yourself has to be created by you and not manipulated by the FONFI (Fear of not Fitting In).
People transition through different seasons throughout life and there must be respect for each season by the owner and everyone around them. Adulting is the real deal and you might have to change how you move to better support your next stage of life and a lot of times, "your crew" isnt going to come with you. Sometimes, you need to fly solo and shut out distractions to really evaluate and understand you + determine what type of life you want to build for yourself.
A journey that is authentically yours and that which you own & stand by.

We officially kick off the GMAM Podcast.
I thought it would be crucial to just start the first episode off lightly as I detail the process it took to get GMAM off the ground.
It's so easy for us to cancel ourselves out even before we start and that is not fair to us. You have the right to move at your own healthy pace without all these opinions and pressures hurled at you unsolicited. It is not a competItion nor a race and always remember that you are the best person to execute YOUR vision.
BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF: AS IDENTIFIED BY YOU!
Thank you so much for listening. Don't forget to like, rate, review and follow/subscribe to the podcast.
I would love to hear your thoughts, comments and feedback so you can tweet me @nyadak_ajawin and use the #gmampodcast.
