You may have noticed some changes and no you are not going crazy, the name of my podcast has changed from 'The Nurtured Empath' to 'Grounded and Aligned'.

As I have healed and grown my podcast is growing with me and this was a natural progression, so it is still me bringing you great episodes to support you on your soul journey as a highly sensitive soul.

The first full episode will be dropping on 11th August 2021 and until then here is a trailer of what's to come.
