Hello  and welcome to June!!

First, we want to say thank you  for rocking with us for 6 entire months!! What a journey!! My guests have been amazing, the stories have been life changing and inspiring and I've learned so much about people and myself. I wouldn't change a thing!!

Thank you for trusting me with your stories. 

This is not a full episode, in-fact this month we take our regularly scheduled quarterly " Wellness Break".   

This month we only have 2 episodes lined up for you, so you can use the rest of the month to celebrate all the Amazing things to recognize this month and the start of Summer.
We take some time to recognize Afro-Caribbean heritage,  PTSD Awareness, The US Army's birthday, Gay Pride and so much more.
