The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit had a very interesting case on their hands last week.
After an appeal from the US District Court of Montana, the mentioned Appeals Court decided that, back in 2006, dinosaur fossils found in the surface estate of a ranch, in this State, belonged to the owners of the ranch (aka the Murrays).
Well, that is quite obvious, no? Not quite. We’ll explain.
