Mom Rising is a show created for new moms of babies and toddlers to help them transition into motherhood.  A challenging time in life that we are often not prepared for.  Andrea Fleury a mom of 2 boys, will help you understand how to connect with your new role as a mom while nourishing the relationship that you have with yourself.  Self-love and self-care are so important, and often as a new mom we put ourselves on the back burner.  Andrea shares her own life experiences, passion and humour with a touch of woo-woo to help you rise in your journey though motherhood.  Weekly episodes are a great addition to a moms busy lifestyle, so whether you are driving, doing the dishes, or folding laundry you can expect to laugh, learn, and feel inspired.
