It might not surprise you to hear that makeup, skin care, and other beauty products are flying off the shelf in a time when selfies reign supreme. But what MIGHT surprise you is just how those dollars are being raked in.

Enter the beauty guru.

In todays episode I will be sharing a couple of stories with my beautiful co host and long time BFF Jacklyn Rose that will help paint the picture of how this mega machine works, who are they key players, and some of the biggest scandals to ever hit the beauty community and that have (as a result) changed the industry FOREVER.
