Sometimes it’s actually a good thing to let go of things that were initially bad for us, but now there’s a sense of freedom. Whatever the case may be, DETACHMENT should not only be perceived as a bad thing. Sometimes letting go is the best decision that can be made.

Sometimes having the mindset of “nothing last forever“ or “this is temporary“ can be a saving grace and a healthy mindset for navigating through life‘s many obstacles, journeys, people, and experiences.

Change is often scary, and that’s what’s probably driving us to control it as such or ignore it.

But I’m here to somewhat enlighten you on the POSITIVITY of change.

It’s not all doom and gloom as change is a beautiful thing that can be utilized like a tool or an aid.
