Chaplain Tim is a graduate of Liberty University, and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Chaplain Tim has over 30 years of service in law enforcement, corrections, emergency communications, and police chaplaincy. He has over 25 years in church ministry as a pastor and Bible teacher.
