With their needs in mind, I developed the Couch 2 Cushion beginner meditation program with a workbook and this podcast as audio support. This program includes a meditation quick guide and four weeks of meditation instruction including guided meditations to use through the week. Meditations start at 2.5 minutes making it accessible, even for the busiest souls.
