How has this powerful connection to your body and mind served you over the past few weeks? How has it impacted your role as "Parent"? Once we become aware of the thoughts that appear in our head, it is easier to identify how those thoughts create our feelings and drive our actions. When navigating challenges most of us start at the outer level - time, money, ability, etc... After spending a few weeks in our own heads we can start to realize how negative bias and unconscious responses fuel our actions to create our current reality. Getting to the root - our thoughts - really change our parenting game and how we approach life. That is what a mantra practice is all about. Choosing a new thought to center our present moment awareness, rebuilding the default negative messages in our heads.
