Welcome to the neighborhood - The Wholistic Place!

Theresa & Sherry are building on from the first two seasons, designing a wholistic space to explore using the body's systems, functions and elements. Storytelling is a big part of Anecdotal Anatomy and great stories use metaphors and relatable (sometimes universal) experiences to add dimensions to the words. Today's focus is FASCIA.

This episode touches on some of the ways our Fascia system may model community. The hosts share memories & stories of how one might see the connections of who we are and how we show up in the bigger world of people & ideas.

This season, as "architects" of this Wholistic Place, Theresa & Sherry will use & share their tools for designing & building, knowing that progress never ends. Whether one lives in a city, suburb or rural landscape, there is always something "in construction." From dirt paths to paved roads, potholes to skyscrapers, shopping centers to condominiums, the work of building the structures (or bones) of community is an ongoing process.

This episode introduces new ways of approaching our individual nature as connected to the collective, and invites you to experiment with seeing things as they are without bias, definition or judgement.

As this season is about being architects, building a new paradigm for navigating & feeling our humanity, Theresa & Sherry are also in construction on Anecdotal Anatomy. Since progress does not end, they are determined to see each season (and episode) with fresh senses and new tools for growth. Thank you for listening and being part of the neighborhood!!

Stay tuned...
