Welcome to The Self-Love Survival Guide PODCAST! My name is Avery Underwood, and I’m a Self-Love Coach + Mentor for all, and I am your host. I am SO excited you’re HERE and listening as part of the Self-Love Squad.
This podcast is going to be about all things self-love. Through a variety of guest speakers and topics, this podcast is here to empower, inspire, and guide you home to yourself and fall back in love with the magic of being the true YOU. It will hopefully be a helpful tool on your journey to deeply loving and accepting yourself exactly as you are. To inspire you to live your fullest and most vibrant life. To help you get to know yourself more. And most importantly, this podcast is here to inspire you to have more FUN and bring more joy into your life also.
The journey to self-love isn’t always an easy one - so I hope that this podcast can bring a little bit of hope, fun, silliness, vulnerability, motivation, and inspiration, as well as a sense of conviviality, for you to realise that you are not *alone* in this. There is nothing wrong with you. You do not need to be fixed. Everything you’re experiencing and going through is totally normal, AND there are so many tools, and mindset shifts that you can learn and integrate in order to embody total self-acceptance and self-love.
The first episode will be with Rachel Fearnley, Somatic Coach + Breathwork Facilitator, who will be sharing with us all her wisdom about why nervous system regulation is so important for self-love, and why making our nervous systems our best friend is so important. In the weeks after, we have topics such as the importance of self-love and sexuality, journeying from Maiden to Mother archetypes, breakups and the joys of being single - and so much more!
