Welcome to the Wisdom Movement Method podcast.  I am your host Bryan Wisdom

Here’s what it’s about and why you should listen…

My name is Bryan Wisdom and I am the host of the Wisdom Movement Method podcast where we are all about healthy movement for a lifetime.  I share my Method of passive and active movements to restore the body to proper function.

With my 23 plus years of experience working with professional athletes to stroke patients and everything in between- my Method really works.  For the last 2 decades, I have been training clients in movement and body balancing…I’ve been a practitioner.  Many of my clients are in their 50-70’s and often have some type of past or current injury or limited range of motion.  It’s collateral damage over time unless they have mindfully been doing healthy movement training.

During that time- I’ve worked with thousands of people to help regain their bodies to proper function and alignment.  Over the last decade not only have I worked with thousands of clients I have been training trainers in my movement systems.

As an injured athlete in college I found help with a posture and movement expert who trained me in body biomechanics.  He opened a door to a whole new way for me to look at training.  I would decide to spend the rest of my life pursuing this vision of healthy movement by helping others to regain healthy movement and body balance to their lives.

Most importantly this show is about finding ways to regain, to be, and maintain healthy movement and alignment of the body over time.  We live in this quick fix environment where fitness models make it look easy on Instagram and Youtube.

Unfortunately, a dirty little secret in the fitness industry is what Jane at age 26 is doing on her YouTube channel for workouts may NOT be good for Joe/Jane at 56 who has injuries and decreased range of motion.

I will be sharing my secrets to healthy movement for a lifetime.  Finally, we will discuss what isn’t working and how to learn from those things.

Most importantly, what makes you come alive?… Let’s get back to activities and movements that restore you physically and mentally and spiritually.
