I am Stacy heaps, a licensed clinical social worker and I have been a practicing therapist for the last 15 years. I will be your guide to expand your relationships and master the many changes that life throws your way.

This will be a space where we can talk, listen, and normalize these challenges and be empowered to apply therapy concepts in life. I will be interviewing a variety of people- never, my clients- with the variety of life experiences. We will be discussing topics like communication, sex, chronic illness, faith, transitions, teens, marriage, and so much more.
