Osho Jha is the CEO of dClimate.  dClimate is indexing and organizing the world’s climate data.  He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Arbol.  Abrol does parametric insurance on climate events.  Osho shares about his journey of being born in India and coming to the US and how his father’s occupation and interest had a great impact on what he is doing now.  He further shares his journey into this world and his experience with computer science, his studies in college, and occupations that led up to dClimate and Arbol.  He dives more deeply into explaining the great value of both of these companies and their real life applications.  Mason and Osho talk about these things and so much more on this episode of The Job Stories Podcast.
