  • Ep. 48: 4 Big Reasons You Feel Stuck in Your Calling (and How to Break Free)

Have you ever felt like you were doing all the right things—listening, obeying, showing up—but still can't seem to move forward in your calling?

In this episode, I'm sharing a recent moment that stopped me in my tracks. I had joined a mastermind filled with six- and seven-figure entrepreneurs, and our assignment was simple: What's keeping you stuck?

What came out of that reflection wasn't just my answer—it was everyone's answer. The same struggles that hold me back are the same ones holding so many women of faith back too.

If you're feeling stuck, spinning your wheels, or afraid to take your next step—this episode is for you. I'm walking you through the 4 C's of Stuckness that keep us from stepping into our calling—and how to break free with the one thing God commands us to have: Courage.

📖 Scripture Anchor: Joshua 1:9 — "This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

    In this episode:

Culture — The belief systems you inherited that make obedience feel uncomfortable. Critics — The external voices (and internal doubts) that discourage and distract you. Comparison — Measuring your calling against someone else's timeline. Comfort — Staying where it's safe instead of stepping where God is calling.

The truth? God isn't asking for perfection—He's asking for courage. And courage doesn't require credentials, clarity, or confidence… only a choice to move forward in faith.

🎧 If you've been waiting on confirmation or clarity, this episode will remind you that obedience brings both.

You'll leave this episode knowing exactly how to: ☑️ Identify which of the 4 C's is holding you back ☑️ Silence the noise of comparison and critics ☑️ Take one courageous step toward your calling

    Your Action Steps Today:

💪 Choose Courage. Take one small, brave step in obedience today. 📖 Get in the Word. Meditate on Joshua 1:7–8 and let truth replace fear. 🚫 Silence the Doubt. Step away from voices that keep you stuck. 🪞 Reflect. Which "C" has the strongest grip on you right now—Culture, Critics, Comparison, or Comfort?

  • Ep. 47: When God Slows You Down

Have you ever felt like you were finally gaining momentum—your business is growing, your rhythms are aligned, and you can almost see the fruit of your faithfulness… and then suddenly, God hits the brakes?

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on a recent season where everything was clicking—mastermind thriving, membership growing, book deal signed, gym routine on point—and then… slow down. Big time. And it made me ask, "Why, God? What are You doing?"

If you're in a season where life feels paused, delayed, or derailed, this one's for you. I'm walking you through 3 powerful reasons God might be slowing you down—and how each one is an invitation to trust deeper, listen closer, and lean into His better plan.

📖 Scripture Anchor: Romans 8:28 "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."

    In this episode:
    1. Protection — Sometimes He makes you lie down (Psalm 23:2) because He knows what you don't. Rest isn't punishment—it's provision.

    2. Perseverance — The waiting is not wasted. It's developing grit, trust, and total dependence on Him. (Habakkuk 2:3)

    3. Pivot — When He slows you down, it may be to speak something new. Pay attention. He's often redirecting your next step.

🎧 If you're feeling discouraged or confused about your current pace, you'll leave this episode with renewed peace and purpose.

    Your Action Steps Today:

☁️ Surrender your pace—take a deep breath and trust that His is better. ❓ Stop asking "Why?" and start asking "What are You doing in me?" 👂 Practice listening—what has God been whispering again and again?
