Therapy has never been more widely discussed - or more debated. But do we actually need it as much as we think? And when it comes to our feelings, are we receiving too much validation, or not nearly enough?
Today, we’re joined by Ailey Jolie, a chartered psychologist who specializes in the mind–body connection and trauma processing. Her work explores embodiment, self-compassion, and how to move beyond the stories we tell ourselves. Alongside her is Maya Raichoora, the UK’s leading expert on visualization and mental fitness. She has coached elite athletes and high-powered executives on resilience and peak performance, and her book Visualize reveals how to think, feel, and perform at the very top of your game.
Together, we ask whether therapy is always the answer, what true resilience looks like, and how self-compassion and visualization can help us live, feel, and perform more fully
