Faith in Jesus brings forgiveness of sin but not immediate perfection. The deeper we grow in our faith, the more we become aware of our shortcomings and desire to experience victory over sin. No matter how hard we try on our own, it is impossible to live an absolutley perfect life every day. In Romans chapter 6 we read what has been done and what we can do to live a new life in Christ. The exciting process of becoming more like Jesus is called sanctification. God is the creator of life and also the one who decides when it ends. While abortion may seem like a convenient way to take care of an unplanned pregnancy it can have terrible, life long side effects and it ends the life of an innocent pre-born human being. On this Sanctity of Human Life Sunday we share Scripture, video clips and stories of those who considered or completed abortions.
