So often we get asked how are you doing? and like clockwork we say " I'm good" are you really?. There are several  black men and women who are suffering mentally and don't know what to do about it. In this episode we pose the pose the question "ARE YOU OK"?. In the media you see blacks getting gunned down like it's nothing by police officers more often than not.
