In this episode we talked about two albums with great album titles: Kid Cudi’s Passion, Pain & Demon Slaying and P.O.S.’ Chill, Dummy. These albums lined up thematically pretty great and led us to a discussion comparing a few things between the two albums.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds hits a lot of notes for us Oasis fans on this podcast – hint both Chris and me love Oasis, so this week we discussed the High Flying Birds most recent album Chasing Yesterday. We matched it up with Kehlani’s SweetSexySavage, which is also very similar of an idea to Chasing Yesterday but from a much different perspective.

In this episode we talk one of Chris’ favourites – My Chemical Romance and a new find for us both – Jain. Zanaka and Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys are both bangers, in their own very different ways, even if Danger Days is more of a Chris banger.

This episode we mash together The Flaming Lips new record Oczy Mlody and go back to revisit Grimes 2015 record Art Angels to find a common ground between two different albums.

We are finally back to regular episodes and we start off by having a discussion about a classic album and concept album: The Mountain Goats – Beat the Champ and Tears for Fears – Songs from the Big Chair.

We quickly recap our top 5 albums of the year and swiftly move onto some TV, video game, and other pop culture talk before discussing what 2017 albums we are looking forward to.

We are back, checking out a new album and band (to us) with Primal Scream’s Chaosmosis and talking about a Chris favourite with Manic Street Preachers Holy Bible. This is one of the last episodes we recorded in 2016 before America started falling apart.
