Education is constantly changing and has done since most parents were at school. This week on the Parents’ Show we are taking a few topics and seeing how they are changing in the world of education today and also how they are likely to change in the future. To help us explore this subject we are speaking to Ed Balfour, Headmaster, Beechwood Park School in Markyate and David Bullock, Deputy Head at Verulam School in St Albans. We will be looking at well being, technology, parents now and in the future.

Dr. Rachel Brown, is an Independent Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Rise and Shine – a local company that provides mindfulness to parents of children of all ages. We will be speaking to her about why she is bringing Mindfulness to parents.
