Citizen’s Arrest brings together the silly but serious duo Amy Rose and Brandon Jones with Lt. Kelvin Masur and Brendyn Medina for real conversations about life inside the Rapid City Police Department and the community they serve. What started after Amy and Brandon completed the Citizen’s Police Academy has grown into a welcoming space where listeners can learn, laugh and feel connected to the people behind the badge.Lt.
