Goals of this Podcast Channel:

1) Quick 10-20' videos summarizing the greatest and latest in the HCW well-being literature, with an emphasis on physicians.

2) Intermittent podcasts with various "Breaking News" ie ARRS 2023 Inaugural Wellness Summit, an article hot off the press with interesting info, etc...

3) Hope to also share 2 key podcasts: one where I give my presentation on Fostering a Culture of Wellness - WHY IT MATTERS that we do and HOW we can do that at the individual, departmental and institutional level, based on recommendations from the AMA, evidence-based literature, and anecdotal examples.

4) Direct all HCW/Physician Well-Being Advocates to the "Wellness Matters" Facebook page, to continue discussions on the articles summarized, share what has/hasn't worked in your department/hospital for physician well-being, to create a space for idea sharing ... to create a COMMUNITY of support to address the drivers of burnout, not just the symptoms .
