Acceptance does. Acceptance allows us to see ourselves, others and life, clearly and objectively without judgement. When we accept, we create room for growth. When we accept we create room for positive transformation. We allow ourselves to release the heavy burdens that we have uneccessarily placed on ourselves. Acceptance reduces our anxieties and worries and allows us to approach life with ease and peace, despite how stressful things may be. It allows us to see, hear and know what we can control and what we can let go.

Acceptance creates opportunities.
